With 100% growth in 2023 the agency is growing at a rapid rate but we’re only just getting started… In 2024 we have ambitious plans for our agency and to truly become the stand-out social agency in the UK, the US and beyond.

About the role
Due to some exciting business growth we are seeking a VP to lead in the US. This role will play an integral role in development our profile and client base in the US market. Please note whilst this role is fully remote the candidate must be based in NYC.
The job 💻
Every role at Coolr plays a vital part in the work we do. Here are some of the key areas of responsibility for this role:
- Responsible for the overview and successful running of all activity on client accounts in the US and beyond
- Ownership of a client portfolio with a view to grow this and development the business in the US Market
- Building and maintaining positive client relationships to encourage retention and successful increase of scope. Accountable for the delivery of growth targets for the account.
- Proactively seeking out new opportunities with new and existing clients to grow accounts and execute on strategic business objectives.
- Responsible for budgeting of client projects, developing budget trackers for always on and campaign projects, reporting back when asked.
- Taking a leading role in new business pitch processes, often leading on the deck with the new business team from idea creation through to presentation.
- Being critical with all creative work, asking ‘what does good look like?’, challenging creative and design concepts based on client briefs and priorities.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adapt strategies for maximum impact.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for the brand and creative department, optimizing resources to achieve maximum results.
- Stay current with industry trends, social media and the social industry.
What we are looking for 👀
Whilst we appreciate, you’re not just your CV and skills are transferable, these are some of the skills and experiences we think would set you up for success in this role:
- Proven experience in a similar role in a Social first agency
- Experience managing a team, with a strong ability to inspire and coach, a history of hiring, managing, and leading high-performing teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a track record of achieving creative excellence within resource constraints.
- A strong portfolio and network within the industry
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think strategically across the short, medium, and long term and an interest in watching evolving the brand.
- Known for excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire, inform, and persuade both internal stakeholders and key client partners
- Act as point of contact with external agencies and partners, leading communication and providing strategic/creative feedback while managing approvals
