About the role:
Coolr are looking for an incredible Strategy Lead. You will report into our director of Strategy you will help evolve our Strategy offering to a variety of exciting clients. The best way to describe this role is the 3 Ds:
Discover – Deciding what information to work with and what to ignore.
Define- Summarising discovery and adding an educated point of view.
Develop & Deliver- Working with clients and design teams to build and execute campaigns.

- Research & Insights: Understand the difference between audience and platform data, market trends and be able to identify key insights to fuel creative briefs that stand out
- Campaign Strategy: Develop dynamic and innovative social media strategies that are validated wiyh insight, resonate with client goals and brand identity and can thrive in our fast-paced environment.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our talented Studios team of creatives and producers to ensure every concept is in line with the strategic direction
- Senior Client Management: Build strong, proactive relationships with clients, sharing innovative ideas and keeping them in the loop on progress.
- Performance Optimization: Analyse campaign data in real-time to gauge effectiveness and make quick adjustments for maximum impact.
- Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of the curve on social media and marketing trends to keep our work fresh and relevant.
- Workshop Facilitation: Lead brainstorming sessions that inspire creativity and unite the team around strategic goals.
- Agility: Be ready to pivot strategies on the fly based on industry shifts or client feedback.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold high creative standards and collaborate to elevate concepts across all projects.
- Mentorship: Guide and inspire team members in developing their strategic thinking and understanding of audience insights.
What we are looking for 👀
- Strategic Expertise: 6+ years and a proven track record in developing successful social media strategies, ideally within a creative or social agency.
- Client Management: Strong experience managing senior client relationships and presenting innovative solutions.
- Audience Insights: Ability to analyse audience data and market trends to inform decisions.
- Project Leadership: Experience leading strategic projects autonomously, and mentoring junior staff.
- Creative Collaboration: History of working closely with creative teams to align strategies with campaign concepts.
- Performance Analysis: Familiarity with measuring campaign effectiveness and making data-driven recommendations.

Adaptability: Experience in fast-paced environments, handling multiple projects with flexibility.
