About the role:

We're looking for a Influencer Lead to support the high-level strategy for influencer marketing, overseeing major accounts and driving innovation, growth, and best-in-class execution. This role requires extensive experience in client leadership, strategic oversight, and team management.

The job 💻

• Spearhead the strategic direction for influencer campaigns across major client accounts.

• Present and offer strategic expertise to senior level clients, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives.

• Oversee and mentor influencer account teams to deliver consistent excellence.

• Lead strategic budget discussions and monitor overall profitability.

• Act as a key decision-maker in talent acquisition and contract approvals.

• Collaborate on new business initiatives and present high-level influencer proposals.

• Refine processes and standards across the team to enhance productivity and quality.

What we are looking for 👀

• Outstanding communication skills and a natural flair for delivering persuasive, impactful presentations.

• Extensive project management experience, with a focus on strategy and financial oversight.

• Proven ability to manage and inspire teams, while actively supporting their growth and career development.

• Strategic thinker with a vision for growing the influencer function within the agency.

• In-depth understanding of industry trends and best practices.
