Director of Influencer
We’re looking for a Head of Influencer to own the vision, direction and strategic standard for influencer and creator marketing at Coolr.

With clients such as Burger King, Lidl, Deliveroo and Compare the Market (to name drop a few) our aim is to be the biggest social agency in the world.

About the role:
We’re looking for a Director of Influencer to define, build and scale a market-leading influencer and creator offering at Coolr.
This is a transformational leadership role with a clear commercial mandate: to drive year-on-year growth of the influencer division, elevate our positioning in the market and establish Coolr as a category leader in creator marketing. We are playing in the space, and produce some best-in-class work, this is about accelerating that and putting up on the influencer map.
You will own the vision, proposition and growth strategy for influencer at Coolr, bringing external relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities and turning influencer into a core driver of agency growth.
With a strong Head of Influencer and team in place to lead day-to-day delivery, your focus will be on direction, demand and scale: shaping the future of our offering, unlocking new business and raising the ambition of what influencer can deliver for clients.
The job 💻
Own and drive the commercial growth of Coolr’s influencer and creator offering, with clear accountability for revenue and YoY expansion.
Define and evolve a compelling market proposition for influencer at Coolr, ensuring we stand apart from competitors and lead the category.
Build and leverage senior relationships across brands, platforms, talent and partners to unlock new opportunities and bring business into the agency.
Act as a senior figure in new business, leading influencer-led pitches, opening doors and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Identify and develop new revenue streams, from always-on creator programmes to partnerships and campaign led influencer work.
Set the vision and strategic direction for influencer, ensuring it is embedded across the agency and central to our broader social offering.
Partner with Strategy, Studios, C&C and Client Services to ensure influencer is a growth lever, not a siloed team.
Raise the ambition and quality of our work by defining what best-in-class creator marketing looks like at Coolr.
Support and empower the Head of Influencer and wider team, ensuring strong delivery while you focus on scaling the function.
Act as a thought leader externally, representing Coolr in the industry and contributing to our reputation as a leader in social and creator marketing.
What we are looking for 👀
Proven experience in a senior influencer & creator marketing role with clear responsibility for growth and revenue.
A strong track record of winning business, building partnerships and developing client relationships
An established network across brands, creators, platforms and the wider influencer ecosystem, with the ability to bring opportunities with you.
A clear and confident POV on where creator marketing is heading and how agencies can lead that evolution.
Commercially sharp, with experience building scalable offerings, retainers and long-term programmes.
Comfortable operating at C-suite & senior client level, able to influence, challenge and sell.
Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by building something high-growth and category-defining.
