Completely wired into popular culture, our work connects brands with their audiences at scale. With clients such as Burger King, Lidl, Deliveroo and Compare the Market (to name drop a few) our aim is to be the biggest social agency in the world.

The agency is growing at a rapid rate, but we’re only just getting started. In 2026, we have ambitious plans to truly become the stand-out social agency in the UK, the US, and beyond. About the role:

We’re looking for a talented Mid-Weight Designer, specialising in motion design, to join our expert social design team for a 3month Fixed Term Contract.

The job 💻

• Conceptualise and craft social-first static and motion content tailored to platform behaviours and audience expectations

• Interpret and apply brand guidelines with precision, ensuring all creative meets client standards while pushing for standout execution

• Collaborate closely with Client Services to deliver high-quality work on time and to brief

• Partner with copywriters, strategists and social creatives to translate ideas into visually compelling, insight-led design that elevates the concept

• Champion bold, progressive design thinking—confidently guiding clients toward braver, more effective creative solutions

• Present work with clarity and conviction, articulating design decisions and rationale to both internal teams and clients

What we are looking for 👀

• Passionate about social media, brands, and the world of communication

• Proficient experience in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator with knowledge of additional software’s a bonus

• A stickler for detail, and will live and breathe their craft

• Confident ideation and execution of design-led animations and motion graphics for video content

• Able to work to tight deadlines and thrive in a fast paced, agency environment

• Have worked in a social first agency delivering best-in-class creative assets for clients

• Genuine enthusiasm in your craft (we want someone who gets excited by motion)
